At Avivify, this journey began as two passionate individuals, Kat and Kirstin, each with unique backgrounds and talents that ultimately converged to create something truly special.

Kat's love affair with design started at the age of 16, where from that moment, she knew that graphic design was her calling. Through years of dedication, self-education, and numerous accolades, Kat's professional path led her on an exciting exploration across various industries and locations, shaping her into the seasoned creative force she is today.

Meanwhile, Kirstin's early years were flavored with a deep-seated passion for food and the culinary arts. While she found success in the kitchen, her curiosity yearned for broader horizons and different perspectives. So, she took her brave approach to life and started a self discovery journey into data, analytics, entrepreneurship and web design.

When the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the globe, both Kat and Kirstin found themselves navigating through the unfamiliar terrain of a changed world. In the midst of uncertainty, they planted the seeds of reinvention, embracing the opportunity to evolve and grow in ways they had never imagined.

As travel slowed and the world paused, their friendship blossomed into a partnership fueled by shared experiences and mutual aspirations. Similarly, their love for health and wellness extends beyond their professional identities. With a holistic perspective, we embrace the symbiotic relationship between mind, body, and environment.
